I’m Durin Sanderell—a graphic designer by training, writer by nature, and artist by aspiration. I live and work in Zürich, Switzerland.

My skills as a graphic designer have been forged through a 4-year apprenticeship and some experience working as an in-house designer. In my design process I strive for authenticity, uniqueness and flawless typography. I offer the full bandwith of my creativity for projects involving branding, editorial design and web design. As a writer and artist I investigate and express the invisible threads connecting the psychological, the material, and the social. Bridging for instance psychoanalytic symbolism, biology, and cyber-culture, I seek to create texts and artifacts expressive of both the mysterious and the known.
