The student-driven Psychedelic Research Organization Zürich focuses on organizing public talks by researchers working on the cutting edge of psychedelic science. These events form a nexus of interdisciplinary encounters and they play their part in shifting the paradigm from psychedelic repression to a more integrated and honest view of these powerful compounds.

For the spring semester of 2025 I designed a new visual language for the organization. I kept it neat and tidy, choosing Helvetica as the only typeface, as it both represents the scientific rigor of this new wave of psychedelic research and the spirit of the Swiss (design) tradition. Considering that both Helvetica and LSD were originally created in Basel, everything just came together to call for the archetypal “Swiss” typeface.
