As a first attempt to publish my writing—and also share some of my visual work—I created a zine, to simply “get myself out there” by means of a DIY mentality. Existenzfieber contains essays circling around a search for truth and beauty—inside the tension of a world founded on the industrial age yet, psychologically, cast far into postmodernism.

The visual work in the zine is most importantly comprised of photographs shot mostly at night, focusing on aesthetic resonance over “proper” camera settings. One essay also includes multiple pages of digital collage, using iMessage-stickers originally created by Swiss type foundry Grillitype.
